The main advantage of the work lies in color harmony, lighting features, characteristic of the second half of the day, when the sun from the zenith begins to decline. The brown flat walls of buildings with a fancy play of yellow and white spots laid on the canvas broadly and softly are masterfully conveyed. Only under balconies and in the depths of door and window openings appear blue and green shades, reviving the range of the landscape.
